Information we collect

When you submit a streamer application on this site, we collect the information you provide on the form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), channel username, other social handles (optional), audience information, the categories you break, your schedule availability, and your written response. If you email us, we keep the contents of that correspondence.

Our hosting infrastructure also records standard server logs — including IP address, user agent, request paths, and timestamps — for security, debugging, and abuse prevention. We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to review your application, communicate with you about onboarding and the collective, and operate the streamer side of Breakery. Email correspondence is used to respond to you and keep a record of what we discussed.

We do not use your information for third-party advertising and we do not sell it.

Sharing with third parties

We use a small set of service providers to host the site, store application records, and send transactional email on our behalf. Each provider receives only the information necessary to do its job and processes it only at our direction.

We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Breakery, our streamers, our buyers, or the public.

Data retention

We keep application records for as long as the application is active or under consideration, and for a reasonable period afterward in case we need to refer back to a prior conversation or comply with a legal obligation. You can ask us to delete your application at any time.

Your rights and choices

You can ask to see what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email support@breakery.app from the email address on file and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law — for example, the California Consumer Privacy Act. You can exercise those rights through the same support address.

Children's privacy

Breakery is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact support@breakery.app and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of the page. If the changes are material, we will make a reasonable effort to notify users of the site.

How to contact us
